Each Room Earns Its Place
Nothing in the House is filler. Every room must justify its own existence with proof and purpose.
The temptation in a multi-project structure is to keep adding rooms whenever an idea feels strong. Most of those ideas do not survive the work of becoming a real surface. They sound complete in the head and collapse the moment they meet a deadline.
The House uses a different filter. A room only earns its place if the operator can defend its existence, its audience, its offer, and its receipts. Three of those four is not enough.
The House is not a portfolio of intentions. It is a record of disciplines that have already been entered.
Each active project under the House has a function the others do not cover. None of them are speculative. None of them are vanity projects. The map is small on purpose.
This is why the projects page is short, even when the underlying body of work is large.
