Hermes as Threshold

Hermes is the messenger and the threshold-keeper. The House carries both roles.

The name Hermeticus is not decoration. Hermes is the figure that moves between worlds. The messenger, the threshold-keeper, the one who interprets signal across boundaries.

That function maps onto the House precisely. Each room of the House sits at a different threshold. Between hair and identity. Between brand and pattern. Between data and reading. Between business and authority. The work, in every room, is to move information across one of those edges cleanly.

The House does not stand inside one world. It stands at the edges, translating.

This is what the name encodes. The reader who arrives at the House is not arriving at a destination. They are arriving at a gate that opens into several rooms, depending on what they came for.

The gate is not a marketing metaphor. It is the operating mode.
